Stage 1

Hiring Manager Interview

The interview will be a chance for you to get to know the hiring manager. During this conversation, the hiring manager will learn more about you as a person, including your motivations, goals, and interests. Likewise, you will also have the opportunity to learn more about your prospective manager, including their management style and expectations. Additionally, your hiring manager will want to assess various factors to determine whether you are a good fit for the position.

Take-Home Challenge

Challenge Interview

This interview will last around 60–75 minutes, during which we'll go into detail about the challenge you worked on. This will also be an opportunity for you to gain a clearer understanding of what the job entails in real time.
Stage 4

Peer Interviews

The interview will be a chance for you to get to know the peers you will be working with. During this conversation, the peers will learn more about you as a person and teammate. Likewise, you will also have the opportunity to learn more about your day-to-day work and what a day looks like for you in this role. 
Stage 5

Founder Interview

For your final interview, you'll have the chance to speak with one of our founders. This is your opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the company, its guiding principles, and the position you're applying for. We encourage you to engage in a two-way dialogue, where you can also learn more about what it's like to work at Luminovo.
