Luminovo is on its way to €10mn ARR, reshaping the mission-critical, trillion-dollar electronics supply chain. We are at an exciting inflection point, where we have become the dominant player in the European electronics manufacturing industry, and are now expanding to North America. 

In addition, we can leverage our network effects to expand to the vital persona up the value chain: the electronics design companies (OEM), allowing us to bring all supply and demand into the Luminovo ecosystem.

🚀 Performance objectives

📣 Sales strategy & execution

  • Refine the sales playbook & strategy. Improve and implement an effective sales strategy encompassing lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals. Work closely with RevOps to streamline processes and optimize conversion rates using advanced sales tools and automation where possible.
  • Drive execution. Ensure rigorous implementation of sales strategies, directly engaging in high-value deals, and guiding your team through complex sales cycles to accelerate revenue growth.

🤩 Revenue growth & pipeline management

  • Own the numbers. Take full responsibility for our new ARR targets and forecasts. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and accurate forecasting. Work together with CS to drive the most complex expansion deals.
  • Qualify and prioritize. Lead your team to efficiently qualify opportunities, clearly identifying prospects' pain points and aligning them with compelling value propositions. Ensure clear prioritization and nurturing strategies are implemented for maximum impact.

💡 Team development & organizational growth

  • Build and scale the team. Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team. Set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and establish a culture of continuous improvement driven by the SPICED framework.
  • Strategic insights. Leverage market insights gathered from customer interactions to inform product development, marketing strategies, and positioning. Foster close collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

📈 Leadership & accountability

  • Measure success proactively. Continuously monitor sales performance metrics and leading indicators. Establish transparent reporting and accountability systems to ensure alignment with company objectives and report up to the board level.
  • Mentorship and collaboration. Lead by example, mentoring direct reports and broader teams to elevate their capabilities, promote best practices, and ensure consistent execution of the sales strategy across the organization.

We expect you to be fluent (C1+) in English, since it is our main company language. Speaking German and being located in Germany is a big plus, given our roots in the DACH market and HQs in Munich.

💸 Compensation

We want to offer compensation that aligns with industry standards. To maintain a transparent and fair approach to compensation, the salary ranges for all positions are determined based on market benchmarks and a comprehensive leveling framework.

For this role, you'll receive a fixed base salary, additional variable compensation (OTI), plus virtual stock options. The exact numbers are based on the performance leveling we’ll establish with you throughout the hiring process. We'll share our salary grid and discuss our OTI plan in detail during our first call with you.
