Performance objectives interview
The interview be a deep dive into the performance objectives for the role. We want to identify the relevant experience and skills you might be able to transfer to the position in our team. Be prepared to be challenged on your past successes, failures, and learnings and make sure to ask questions yourself.

Take-home challenge
This stage consists of a role-specific take-home challenge and a challenge analysis interview to assess your ability to meet the performance objectives for this role.

Founder Interview
For your final interview, you'll have the chance to speak with one of our founders. This is your opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the company, its guiding principles, and the position you're applying for. We encourage you to engage in a two-way dialogue, where you can also learn more about what it's like to work at Luminovo.
